  • Milk Thistle- Helps improve liver function and chronic liver problems.*
  • Boldus- Native to South America, this aromatic herb has been known to treat ailments related to the liver.*
  • Dandelion (leaf and root)- Rich in Vitamins A, C and D with significant amount of Zinc, Iron, Magnesium, Beta Carotene and more. Can help with bloating and liver dysfunction.*
  • Pau d'Arco- Has incredible ability to boost immune system.
  • Red Clover- A very versatile herb with good source of nutrients used to improve blood health.*
  • Artichoke- A perennial Thistle, high in fiber with a variety of benefits including increasing bile production in the liver and providing antioxidants.*
  • Alfalfa- A powerhouse among herbs, containing a wide variety of trace elements and minerals including Iron, Calcium, and Magnesium. Alfalfa is also a good source of Vitamins E, C, and K.*
  • Sarsaparilla- A member of the lily family, it has antimicrobial, anti-inflammatory properties and ability to reduce toxins, increasing liver's ability to process and enhance over all wellness.*

Brewing Instructions:
Add 1 tsp to a tea bag or infuser of your choice and steep in hot water for 5 mins. Steep longer for stronger flavor. 
For Iced teas use 3 tsp per cup and double steep time.
